    What is the Pedal Parlor? / How does it work?

    Round up a group of fun friends and come check out our pedaling pub crawl tours. Bikes can fit up to 16 people.


    We will meet you, you hop on board, then we drive (you pedal) to 2-4 bars and we spend 20-30 minutes at each bar and pedal to the next one!

    We got you covered, sober yet fun driver provided.


    Can we do it with less than 16 people?/

    Whats the difference between private and public tours?

    Yes! You can do it with less than 16 people. To run a tour we require 8 people minimum. (Make sure the 8 are willing and able to pedal!)


    If you book by the seat, it is possible you will be paired with another party. Don't be shy, make new friends!


    If you choose the Private Party option you will have the whole bike to yourself and can have up to 16 people.


    How much does it cost?

    It will be between $15 - $22 a person, depending on the day of the week and group size.


    We now take deposits!

    You now don't have to pay FULL price upon check out for a Private tour.


    DEPOSIT POLICY: We will hold a Private Tour spot with the amount deposited. Deposits are NON-refundable; however, they are transferable 3+ days before the tour time. There is a deposit convenience fee of $40 added on to the original price of that tour time's full price. (E.g. $280 + $40 fee + tax). The whole price is SET no matter how many people show up to your private party. The remainder of the balance can be paid over the phone prior to the tour date OR upon arrival.


    What alcohol do y'all serve?

    We DO NOT serve any alcohol! It is against SC state law for a vehicle (or gigantic bike) to serve on public roads. This is not uncommon. Only about 5% of party bike companies in the U.S. can actually sell you beer on the bike. We promise you will get plenty to drink at our awesome bar stops! : - )

    How do we book?

    How early in advance should we book?

    To guarantee a tour, you must book 24 hours in advance. Our tours typically start filling up 2-3 weeks in advance so reserve your spot asap!


    If you call us and want to book a tour the day of, we require 10 people minimum paid in full.


    Where does it start?

    We have a couple starting spots. When you book, we will make sure you know where to meet us. Check out the Map & Route page.


    Where do we go?

    Any of our tours can go through the Vista at any of the given times.


    When should we arrive?

    Please arrive at least 10 - 15 minutes prior to your given tour time.


    Will I be able to reach the pedals?!

    If you are 5'4'' or taller you will be able to reach. We do have two adjustable seats for those shorter than that though.


    Can I bring food on the Parlor?

    Yes. Just don't throw the food.


    What kinds of discounts do you give?

    We will provide discounts to members of the military, police department, fire department, and all first responders. Proper ID required please.


    Fellow service industry workers also get a discount! Service Industry nights are Monday nights. Proper ID/proof required please.


    We also do Prize Parlor Tuesdays! We will give away some swag to a few of the best pedalers on board


    What is your cancellation policy? Rain policy? And other considerations:

    If you cancel 14+ days prior to your scheduled tour we will give you a refund. If you cancel 3-13 days before your tour, we will give you a gift card for the amount deposited to use later in the season. Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour will not receive any type of a refund.


    Our tours run rain or shine. If the weather forecast is severe on the morning of the day of your tour, your group will receive a rain check for the amount deposited. We do NOT give refunds due to weather cancellations.


    Gift CARDS do not expire unless noted.


    Gift PURCHASES from our website never expire.


    You may not retroactively use coupons of any sort. The price you see upon checkout is the price you pay.


    We DO NOT give refunds for overbooking of seats. If you book for 8 and only 6 show up, please do not expect a refund!


    We are located in COLUMBIA, SC. If you or your party books a tour thinking we are in Charleston, or elsewhere in SC, you have 24 hours to notify us of your mistake in order to receive a full refund.

    If you do not notify us within 24 hours, the above cancellation policy applies to you!


    Can I get a tour donated for my charity?

    The Pedal Parlor will donate a limited number of half off weekday tours which must be booked for March-October. Please submit requests between November 1st and February 28th to: info@scpedalparlor.com or Facebook message us :)



    If you would like to reserve the bike for a special event, we are willing to work with you! Depending on the day of the week, and your desired time needs, we will give you a discounted hourly rate. We can travel as well!


    Our daily rate is $1200. This includes travel, (up to 45 mins from Columbia) and all associated costs.


    We are also commonly used as an alcohol vendor for special events at venues that cannot already serve alcohol. If this is something that interests you, please contact us at least 3 weeks in advance! For special event info please call us at (803) 302-7750
