If you cancel 14+ days prior to your scheduled tour we will give you a refund. If you cancel 3-13 days before your tour, we will give you a gift card for the amount deposited to use later in the season. Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour will not receive any type of a refund.

Our tours run rain or shine. If the weather forecast is severe on the morning of the day of your tour, your group will receive a rain check for the amount deposited.

We do NOT give refunds due to weather cancellations. If there is light rain in the forecast and we are willing to go but your group cancels, you will not receive a refund.

If WE have to cancel on YOU for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Gift CARDS do not expire unless noted.

Gift PURCHASES from our website never expire.

You may not retroactively use coupons/codes of any sort. The price you see upon checkout is the price you pay.

We DO NOT give refunds for overbooking of seats. If you book for 8 and only 6 show up, please do not expect a refund!

We are located in COLUMBIA, SC. If you or your party books a tour thinking we are in Charleston, or elsewhere in SC, you have 24 hours to notify us of your mistake in order to receive a full refund. If you do not notify us within 24 hours, the above cancellation policy applies to you!
